Members booked by phone, the front desk was overwhelmed, and empty class spots went unfilled.

Design scenario: Fitness, 2025; illustrative timeline 11 weeks. Stack: React Native, Node, Postgres.
We expected a prototype in three months. We had members booking classes in eleven weeks, on both iPhone and Android.
