FAQ
Questions before we begin.
From your first idea to life after launch. Straight answers about working with Loopwell Solutions, choosing a package and what happens next.
Getting started
What can you help us build?
We build websites, custom software, mobile apps, AI assistants, and funnels with CRM workflows. We also plan and create social media content, and offer ongoing care for the software we deliver. Start with the problem you want to solve; we can help you choose the right service.
What should I prepare before we speak?
A short description of your business, the problem you want to solve, and any budget or deadline you have in mind is enough. Links to your current website or examples you like are helpful. You do not need a finished technical specification.
How can I contact the studio?
Send an enquiry through our contact form, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9596337638, or call +91 7006893928. If you have already chosen a package, the planner can carry those selections into the enquiry form.
I'm not sure what I need. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us what is taking too much time, what your customers struggle with or what you want to improve. We can help turn that into a focused scope and explain which parts are worth building first.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Your brief and selected plan details are emailed to our team for review. We use the contact details you provide to discuss questions and next steps. Sending an enquiry does not start a contract, take a payment or book an appointment.
Does choosing a preferred time book a call?
No. A preferred date and time is optional and is sent with your enquiry only when you submit the form. We will confirm a suitable time with you. It is a request, not an automatically reserved appointment.
Scope and pricing
How do you price a project?
Our packages are starting points with defined scope. Use Plan your build to choose a service, package and any relevant Extras, then send us your enquiry. We review the requirements and agree inclusions, exclusions, timings and the final price in writing before work begins.
Why do the currency and prices vary by region?
We have separate fixed starting-price lists for India and neighbouring countries, the Gulf, and other countries. The site detects your location to display the relevant list. Where it shows an approximate local-currency amount, the note identifies the invoice currency. The contracting company’s country determines the pricing region, which we confirm in your proposal.
How do payments work?
Project work follows the agreed milestones: 40% to start, 40% at the halfway demo and 20% at launch. Ongoing content and care services are billed monthly. Your written proposal confirms the payment schedule and the scope it covers.
Are taxes, hosting and third-party costs included?
Starting prices exclude taxes. Domains, hosting, SMS, payment fees, model usage and other third-party services are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal. We identify the services your project needs and discuss their costs before you commit.
Is the planner total a final quote?
No. It is a starting estimate based on your package and Extras. We confirm the scope, dependencies and final price in a written proposal. The enquiry form preserves your choices so you do not need to describe them from scratch.
Working together
How long will the project take?
Each package lists an indicative timeline. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your scope, content and integrations. Feedback, access to existing systems and timely approvals also affect delivery; we agree those responsibilities before starting.
Can I edit the website after launch?
If you need to update content regularly, we can include an editor or CMS in the agreed scope and show you how to use it. For a simpler site, content can be managed in code and updated through a deployment. We recommend the approach that fits your team rather than adding an admin system by default.
Can you work on an existing website or app?
Yes. We first review the current code, hosting, integrations and access requirements. That helps us decide whether focused improvements, a repair or a rebuild makes sense. We agree the work before changing your live system.
Who owns the accounts and source code?
Ownership, licences and handover are set out in your proposal. Domain, hosting and provider accounts should remain under your control, with access granted only where needed. We also make any third-party licensing conditions clear before you agree to the work.
What if the scope changes during the project?
Tell us what has changed. We review the extra work and explain any effect on cost or delivery before proceeding. Revision rounds cover feedback within the agreed scope; a new feature or a major change of direction may need a separate quote.
Content and social
What is included in the social content plans?
Starter includes 8 posts per month, with 2 of those as short videos. Standard includes 12 posts, with 4 short videos. Advanced includes 20 posts, with 8 short videos. Each plan includes a monthly calendar, branded graphics, captions and hashtags, ready-to-publish Instagram files, and a monthly performance review.
Do you film the videos or provide photos?
The plans cover editing short videos from footage you provide, plus branded graphics. On-location filming and photography are not included. We can discuss the material you need to supply and agree any additional production work separately.
Are posting, inbox replies and paid ads included?
The standard packages provide ready-to-publish Instagram files. Community management, inbox replies, paid advertising and ad budgets are excluded. If you need publishing access or other services, we agree that scope separately.
Can you guarantee followers, views or leads?
No. Results depend on your offer, audience, platform behaviour and other factors outside our control. We focus on consistent content, clear messaging and reviewing performance so the next month’s plan can improve.
AI and integrations
Will an AI assistant always give the right answer?
No. AI systems can make mistakes. We define what the assistant should and should not do, test likely failure cases, and agree fallback or human-review paths. Model usage and other provider costs are separate from the build unless your proposal says otherwise.
Can you connect our tools and automate repetitive work?
We can scope integrations between your website, CRM, payment provider and other business tools. Feasibility depends on the APIs, permissions and plans those tools offer. We review those constraints before promising an integration or workflow.
Which technology will you use?
We choose tools around the work: the experience your users need, your existing systems, ongoing costs and who will maintain the result. We explain the proposed approach before starting, including any subscriptions or specialist hosting it needs.
Support
What happens after launch?
Your chosen package and proposal specify the launch-support period and what it covers. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and new features can be agreed separately. Our monthly care packages are available when you want continued help after the initial delivery.
Can we start small and add more later?
Yes. We can agree a focused first release and plan additional features or content after you have feedback. We discuss likely future needs early so the initial scope supports them without paying for everything at once.
AI solutions
What's the difference between AI automation and an AI chat agent?
A chat or voice agent talks to your customers. Automation works behind the scenes on your team's tasks, like reading orders, updating systems and sending reports. Many businesses use both.
Will it make mistakes?
Sometimes, like any system. That's why we test on your real examples first and add checks and approvals, so a person reviews anything unusual or important.
How is this different from an AI chat agent on my website?
A website chat agent answers customers using information you approve for the public. A knowledge system is built for your team, works across your private documents, and respects who is allowed to see what.
Is our data safe?
We design it so the assistant only reads what you approve and only shows it to people who are allowed to see it. We explain how your data is stored and processed before we start. Stricter setups, such as private hosting, are quoted separately.
Do we need perfect data first?
No. Most businesses have messy data. We review it first, tell you what's usable and do the basic tidying as part of the project. Large clean-ups are quoted separately.
Can AI predict our sales?
Sometimes. It depends on how much history you have. We test it on your past data first and show you how accurate it was before you rely on it.
