Terms & Conditions

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Loopwell Solutions website and explain the basis on which you may enquire about our services. Loopwell Solutions provides web development, custom software, mobile applications, AI chat and voice agents, funnels and CRM automation, and content and social growth services.
A written proposal, statement of work or service agreement sets the binding terms of each paid engagement, including the contracting parties, scope, fees and responsibilities. If that agreement conflicts with this page on a project matter, the agreement takes precedence, subject to applicable law. Browsing the website alone does not create a paid engagement.
Enquiries and call requests
Please provide accurate contact and project information and ensure you are authorised to act for any organisation you represent. A submitted form, selected package, planner estimate or preferred call time is a request for discussion. It does not confirm an appointment, reserve production capacity or oblige either party to proceed.
We confirm availability, scope and next steps directly. An on-screen submission confirmation indicates acceptance by our email delivery provider, not guaranteed receipt by the studio. If you do not hear from us, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Prices, currencies and estimates
Published package prices are starting prices and exclude taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. India, Gulf and international price lists are separate fixed lists. The website estimates your country from network information to display a relevant list; the pricing region for an engagement follows the contracting company’s country.
Where a local-currency amount is marked approximate, it is an indicative conversion, not an exchange-rate guarantee or an offer to invoice in that currency. The written quote confirms the list currency, final amount, taxes and payment terms. VPNs, network location and exchange-rate changes can affect what you see; please raise any discrepancy before accepting a quote.
Build-planner totals, typical ranges, delivery estimates and package descriptions help frame the discussion. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope, integrations, content, dependencies and agreed extras. Monthly services are charged on the basis specified in the service agreement.
Scope, delivery and client responsibilities
Before work begins, the project agreement should identify deliverables, exclusions, milestones, review and acceptance criteria, included revisions, responsibilities and the delivery schedule. Work outside that scope requires agreement on any additional fees or time before it proceeds.
You are responsible for supplying authorised content, accurate requirements, timely feedback and agreed access to systems. Delays in approvals, materials, third-party access or changes to requirements may affect delivery dates. We will discuss the impact and any revised schedule with you.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for materials, data, trademarks and accounts you provide. Where a project processes personal information, the parties must agree their respective roles, permitted use and any required data-processing arrangements.
Payments, cancellation and changes
The written agreement specifies any deposit, payment milestones, recurring fees, due dates and conditions for pausing or ending work. Choosing a plan or sending an enquiry does not authorise a payment or start an automatically renewing subscription.
If either party needs to cancel, postpone or materially change an engagement, the treatment of completed work, approved expenses, prepaid fees and any refund will follow the agreement and applicable law. No blanket non-refundable fee or cancellation penalty is created by this website. For recurring content, support or maintenance services, the agreement will state the billing period and notice requirements.
Ownership, licences and handover
Ownership and handover of agreed custom deliverables will be documented in the project agreement, including any payment conditions and the source code, files, documentation or account access included. You retain rights in materials you supply.
Third-party software, open-source components, fonts, stock assets and platforms remain subject to their respective licences. Any pre-existing tools or reusable components included in a project should be identified with the usage rights you receive. Website examples do not grant a licence to copy another party’s work or trademarks.
Third-party services and ongoing costs
Domains, hosting, email, messaging, payment gateways, telephony, AI model usage, software subscriptions and advertising spend may incur separate charges. Included allowances and responsibility for these charges must be confirmed in the proposal; a package price does not imply unlimited third-party usage.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability and pricing. Changes to their APIs, policies, fees or access requirements may require additional work or affect an integration. We will agree responsibility for account ownership and ongoing administration as part of the project.
AI, automation and marketing services
AI-generated answers and automated actions can be incomplete or incorrect. A project involving AI or automation should define permitted uses, testing, human review and escalation. Such tools are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and consequential decisions should receive appropriate human oversight.
Content and social growth work follows the agreed monthly deliverables, channels, review process and permissions. Unless included expressly, photography, filming, paid media budgets and platform fees are separate. Client approval and lawful permission are required for supplied footage, likenesses, music and other material.
We do not guarantee a particular ranking, revenue, audience size, lead volume or platform approval. Project examples, testimonials and performance statements describe their stated context; illustrative stories are examples, not verified client endorsements or promises of equivalent results.
Support and maintenance
Any included post-launch fixes, training or support are limited to the scope and period confirmed for the project. New features, content changes, ongoing monitoring and maintenance are not included automatically. Support response expectations, backups, updates and incident responsibilities should be agreed separately where required.
Acceptable website use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not submit spam, malicious code or information you are not entitled to disclose; impersonate others; bypass security controls; or interfere with the availability of the website. We may restrict activity reasonably believed to threaten security or violate these terms.
We may correct errors, update content or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. We take reasonable care with website information but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description remains suitable for every project.
Responsibility and disputes
The signed project agreement should address warranties, liability, confidentiality, dispute resolution and applicable law for that engagement. These website terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.
If an issue arises, contact the studio with enough information for us to investigate and seek a practical resolution. The project agreement will identify the contracting parties and any agreed governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
Contact and updates
For questions about these terms or an engagement, call +91 7006893928. Information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these website terms as our services change. The effective date identifies the current version. Updates to this page do not retrospectively change an existing signed project agreement.
