Privacy Policy

Effective date:

Loopwell Solutions is a digital services studio providing websites, custom software, mobile applications, AI assistants, automation, and content and social growth services. This policy explains how the Loopwell Solutions team handles personal information when you visit this website, enquire about our services or communicate with us.

This policy covers our own website and business enquiries. Information processed inside a product we build for a client is subject to that client’s privacy notice and the relevant project or data-processing agreement.

When you enquire, we receive the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company, project description, selected service, package and extras, and any preferred date or time for a call. We also retain correspondence needed to discuss and manage your request.

Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and security signals to deliver the website and prevent abuse. We use a country code derived from your network location to select regional prices and currency. We do not request precise GPS location.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or confidential customer records through the website form. If a project requires access to sensitive information, we will agree an appropriate method separately.

We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, reply to you, prepare a proposal and arrange a conversation. Where you engage us, we use relevant information to deliver the agreed services, manage billing and maintain business records. Technical information supports website delivery, regional pricing, troubleshooting and protection against fraud or misuse.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided, or another purpose permitted by applicable law; where consent is required, we obtain it separately.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract, performance of an agreed contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing our website, balanced against your rights. Where we rely on consent, we will explain the relevant purpose and how to withdraw it.

The enquiry form sends your brief through Resend to the studio’s Gmail inbox. Resend and Google process message content and associated delivery information to provide these services. New submissions are not stored in a website CMS database. Correspondence may remain in our mailbox and in provider records or backups.

A successful submission means the email service accepted the message for delivery; it is not a guarantee that it reached our inbox. A preferred call time is a request only. We will confirm arrangements directly, and no appointment or project is booked automatically.

Enquiries submitted through an earlier version of the website may remain in our historical records. Moving to email-based enquiries does not automatically erase those records; you can contact us about information submitted previously.

Hosting, security, email and messaging providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy policies. If you contact us through WhatsApp, its privacy policy applies to that communication. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and website security.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. It processes technical browser, device and network signals as described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. A secure, HTTP-only form-session cookie expires after 30 minutes and is used to validate submissions, not for advertising.

The website also uses browser session storage for features such as your build-planner selections, service-finder answers and dismissed prompts. This helps preserve your choices within a browsing session. Blocking or clearing this storage may reset those features; blocking the security cookie may prevent form submission.

The current website application does not include advertising pixels or a visitor analytics integration. Hosting and security logs are separate from advertising or audience tracking.

We retain enquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain an ongoing client relationship, meet applicable record-keeping duties or resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project and the obligations attached to those records. There is no automatic mailbox deletion schedule on this website.

You can ask us to delete information we no longer need. We may retain records required by law or needed for an active dispute, and provider backups may expire on a different schedule. We use HTTPS and submission-validation and abuse-prevention controls, but no online service or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Call +91 7006893928 to ask about your information, request access, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. If processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw that consent by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Please identify the enquiry or communication concerned without sending unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and protect another person’s data. We will explain any applicable restriction on fulfilling a request. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you; this policy does not limit rights to seek a remedy from a competent authority.

Our services and enquiry form are intended for adults acting for themselves or their organisations. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or information practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
