Intake lived in email threads and paper forms, and documents went missing between lawyers and clients.

A secure client portal with guided intake, document requests with reminders, and case status clients can check themselves.

A legal portal that brings matters, intake and document requests together.
Design scenario: Legal, 2026; illustrative timeline 9 weeks. Stack: TypeScript, Postgres, S3-compatible storage.
Clients used to chase us for updates. Now they open the portal, see where their file is and upload what we ask for. Nobody has asked for a status call since March.
